What SOSA does
HOSxP integration
Connects directly to the hospital's existing HOSxP MySQL database. No migration, no data export. SOSA reads and audits records where they already live.
Tamper-evident vault chain
Every action taken within SOSA is written to a cryptographic audit chain using SHAKE-256 sealing. Vault evidence is exportable as PDF for NHSO auditors or legal proceedings.
PDPA and NHSO compliance
All patient data stays on hospital hardware. No cloud transfer. Consent logging, access audit trail, and ICD-10 code integrity checks built in.
Air-gapped operation
SOSA runs fully offline on the hospital's local network. Local Ollama inference for all AI features. No internet dependency for day-to-day operation.
